This Privacy Policy explains how HealthAIdir handles information related to visitors who browse our healthcare AI directory, glossary, blog, solution guides, and comparison pages.
HealthAIdir is an editorial research website. Do not submit protected health information, patient data, clinical records, billing records, payer records, or other sensitive healthcare information through public forms.
Information we may process
We may process basic site usage data, technical logs, search queries, newsletter or contact information that a visitor intentionally provides, and aggregate analytics used to improve the website.
We do not need patient-level PHI to operate the public directory. If a vendor or visitor sends sensitive information accidentally, we may delete it or limit processing where practical.
Third-party tools
HealthAIdir may use hosting, analytics, email, security, and content management services to operate the site. These providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver the service.
External vendor links take visitors away from HealthAIdir. Review each vendor's privacy, security, HIPAA, PHI, BAA, and data retention terms before sharing information with that vendor.
