Commercial separation policy
Editorial Independence
HealthAIdir is an independent third-party review publication. Editorial conclusions must remain separate from affiliate relationships, sponsor relationships, Featured placement, paid submissions, and demo-request or lead-gen routing.
HealthAIdir trust boundary
Commercial relationships stay separate from editorial conclusions.
HealthAIdir pages are for healthcare AI technology research and vendor due diligence. They do not replace medical, legal, privacy, security, billing, coding, compliance, procurement, or clinical review.
Independent editorial review
Featured or sponsored visibility is labeled and does not change scores, verdicts, rankings, comparisons, or recommendations.
Healthcare research boundary
HealthAIdir is for healthcare technology evaluation and procurement research, not medical, legal, billing, coding, or compliance advice.
Buyer verification required
Confirm HIPAA, PHI, BAA, security, pricing, implementation, and clinical fit with vendors and qualified internal reviewers before use.
Core rule
HealthAIdir does not sell rankings, scores, verdicts, comparison winners, recommendations, or favorable coverage.
This policy protects the site's usefulness for healthcare buyers and supports the claim that HealthAIdir is an independent third-party review publication.
What vendors can and cannot buy
Vendors may be able to pay for clearly labeled placement, submit a product for review, or participate in commercial programs when those features are available. Payment does not guarantee approval, publication, placement duration, traffic, leads, a score, a review outcome, a comparison win, or a recommendation.
Vendors cannot buy a higher score, a better verdict, a comparison winner, a hidden disclosure, a weakened limitation statement, or removal of a healthcare risk note that is supported by evidence.
Affiliate and lead-gen disclosure
Some pages may include affiliate links or demo-request routing. If HealthAIdir may receive compensation, the page should disclose that relationship in plain language.
Demo-request forms are for organization and buying-context information only. They are not PHI intake forms, clinical advice channels, or secure submission paths for patient data.
Corrections and vendor feedback
HealthAIdir can correct factual errors, update stale claims, add missing sources, revise unclear language, or remove unsupported statements.
Vendor feedback is welcome, but editorial changes are made for accuracy, clarity, source quality, user safety, and healthcare-data boundaries, not for commercial pressure.
